Since establishing herself as an artist, Chantal Meza has been actively involved in providing art workshops and donating commissioned works to charitable and community based organisations. She has been fully committed to teaching younger children about the benefits of expression through abstract art, whilst also developing and teaching a number of beginner courses on the history of art and Mexican culture. Her donations of work includes organisations such as Life With Autism, Partners in Health, Autonomous Feminism Community, Soffy foundation, Live Art, Ashcroft Arts Centre among others. 


Having collaborated with a number of schools and community projects in Mexico, Chantal received an award for her contribution to arts and culture in 2019. This has been possible through her commitment to society, which has accompanied and supported her along her artistic journey. Chantal understands art to be a fundamental part in the construction of diversity in societies around the world, hence it manifests itself through those communities of support and collaborations weaved throughout life  create artistic harmonies.  

"When you think you no longer have anything to give, you realise you still had something you thought was not useful, that you can't find any sense or significance to it, but for others, it can still mean a lot."
